There is an additional mezzanine above the main living area, again with room for at least two beds, providing versatile extra space. The ground floor is a large garage of 150m2, with parking for at least 9 cars, private ski room with ski locker and boot drying facilities. The chalet is ski-in, and a very short walk to the nearest ski lift in the centre of the resort, ski schools, restaurants, bars and shops. The chalet is freehold, but there is a possibility of leaseback to a local tour-operator if required. Sainte Foy is a beautifully unspoilt and charming resort with varied terrain for all skiing abilities, and is also perfectly positioned for easy access to Val d'isere, Tignes, Les Arcs and La Rosiere.
